Home Care

Home care services are services or activities performed to help an individual with self-care tasks which the individual would typically do independently if the individual were otherwise able.  We provide community integrated, specialized services for individuals with disabilities, the elderly and the frail to enable them to live at their home independently.

Medicaid Wavers and Programs

New Insights Community Services is a Medicaid approved provider for the waivers below. Medicaid Members, who are on these waivers, or their guardians can work with their case manager to authorize New Insights to provide these services through their waiver funding.
