  • Whether it is in our Wellness Center or out in the community, the caring team at New Insights Comm Services works in partnership with other community resources to ensure you receive the best care possible.
  • We put the needs of our clients at the center of everything we do to ensure they receive the support they need when they need it.

How We Do It

  • To ensure that we respect and are sensitive to each individual we serve, New
Insights Community Services Team utilizes evidence-based practice framework throughout our
services and programs. This strength-based model promotes a caring focus that
acknowledges the challenges that others are facing and work together to overcome them.

  • To provide an environment in which those we serve have the greatest opportunity to
pursue their goals and interests in an open and supported manner.
  • To operate an agency that is attuned and responsive to the needs of our clientele by going above and beyond in providing services of the highest quality.
  • To provide our employees with a satisfying, rewarding work environment where open

    • All People regardless of their need of services are intrinsically valuable and
respected individuals, capable of contributing to the communities in which they
    live.
    • All individuals are capable of growth and development.
    • All individuals are unique and improve at their own pace.
    • All individuals regardless of their need of services should be provided with the
least restrictive environment in which they can thrive.
    • All individuals are entitled to the right to take reasonable risks that may result in
    enhanced opportunities.
    • All individuals are to be empowered with the right of choice and self-determination.
