What We Do

Every day, individuals, and families many from our community rely on New Insights Comm Services for their wellness and care. We provide our services to those who need them in a variety of settings and a continuum of care of the highest quality possible. No matter the circumstances that brought them to our doors, the Wellness Center is here to help. Whether it is in our Center or out in the community, the caring team at New Insights Comm Services works in partnership with other community resources to ensure children, individuals, and families receive the best care possible. We put the needs of our clients at the center of everything we do to ensure they receive the support they need when they need it.

How We Do It

To ensure that we respect and are sensitive to each individual we serve, New
Insights Comm Services utilizes a trauma-informed framework throughout our
services and programs. This strengths-based model promotes a caring focus on
acknowledging the problem and working to overcome it.

Our Goals

  • To provide an environment in which those we serve have the greatest opportunity to
pursue their goals and interests in an open and supported manner.
  • To provide our employees with a satisfying, rewarding work environment where open
    communication and input are valued.
  • To operate a company that is financially sound, responsive to market demands and is
    competitive in the marketplace.

Our Program Philosophy

New Insights Community Services seeks to provide a supportive and nurturing
environment to engage in personal growth, productive activities, develop meaningful
relationships, and enjoy varied opportunities to improve lives for persons in our care.
The programs embody the ethics of practice adopted by New Insights Community
Services, and are based on the following philosophical assumptions:
• All People regardless of their need of services are intrinsically valuable and
respected individuals, capable of contributing to the communities in which they
live.
• All individuals are capable of growth and development.
• All individuals are unique and improve at their own pace.
• All individuals regardless of their need of services should be provided with the
least restrictive environment in which they can thrive.
• All individuals are entitled to the right to take reasonable risks that may result in
enhanced opportunities.
• All individuals are empowered with the right of choice and self-determination.
