Residential services provide supported community living (SCL), and Habilitation services to individuals in their own home and community.
Services examples would be assistance with medication management, budgeting, grocery shopping, personal hygiene skills, etc.
Our staff will personalize supports to persons in meeting their social and leisure interests within their community.
We help orient members in daily living skills needed to become as independent as possible.
Our program offers assistance during health care appointments and provides transportation for all essentials.
We also help members find housing if that is an identified need.
